PRODUCT THINKER
Doesn’t think in individuals screens, but rather focuses on how her efforts solves user problems and business needs. Thinks in flows and holistic user experience.
VISUAL DESIGNER
Knows how to execute an idea with strong art direction. Comfortably works with all aspects of visual design: from shapes to photography, animation and editing, 3d. Excellent eye to details and trends.
EMBRACE CHAOS
Thrives without handholding, comfortable with loose briefs, and goes beyond task completion. Adapts easily, whether starting a project from scratch or jumping in mid-process.
Our interview process is 2-phase. During the first phase we assess your communication skills and Design Thinking.
The 2nd phase is a whiteboarding challenge, where we ask a candidate to solve a problem with a minimum amount of information and requirements, paying attention to candidate's Product Thinking and Embrace Chaos skill.
