Extending the Human Body
Four system that bring robots closer to the body

When started working with robotics teams, first we wanted to educate ourselves on the basics of robotics. Sharing more from our Robo Reports
1. Locomotion Systems
These are robotic systems designed for movement, often across challenging terrain. They emulate animal-like locomotion—walking, climbing, or crawling—providing high stability and adaptability.

2. Prosthetics
Enhances or replace missing human limbs with robotic ones. These systems aim to mimic natural movement and increasingly integrate with neural or muscular signals to improve control and responsiveness.

3. Telecherics
Telecherics (or telerobotics) allow humans to remotely control robotic systems, often in hazardous or unreachable environments.

4 Exoskeletal Structure
Exoskeletons are used for rehabilitation, mobility assistance, and augmenting strength or endurance, especially in industrial or military contexts.
